• Chanterelle Mushroom Etoufeé with Wild Rice Pilaf 
• Boeuf Bourguignon with buttered noodles

• Fresh Tomatoes, Basil and Bocconcini drizzled with Balsamic reduction and Olive Oil
• Asian Noodle Salad
• Roasted Potato Salad with Fresh Herbs 

Your Choice of Two:

• Poached Local Salmon with Dill Sauce
• Barbecued Whole Roasted Turkey – served cold
• Mussels Steamed in Fresh Herbs and Wine
• Lasagna and garlic French bread (can be vegetarian)
• Chanterelle Mushroom Etoufeé with Wild Rice Pilaf
• Risotto Cakes with Red Pepper Sauce
